Eye See Fuzzy Wuzzy

Hey everyone!  Things have been getting quite busy lately and I just want to let you all know that just in case I don't post as often.  I have a lot of projects and assignments for school and things are busy busy busy.

I also want to let you all know that I had to create a new youtube channel because there were to many complications one my previous one.  I'd love it if you guys could check it out and maybe subscribe?

Anyways, on to the outfit.  Can we just talk about this bag?  *Moment on silence and appreciation as the spotlight shines down on this marvellous beaut*  A while back I was rummaging through a stack of fabrics I had at home in the storage.  I ended up pulling this one out because it really caught my eye and brought back good memories.

When I was younger, I used the same fabric to sew a teddy bear.  It was a project for my mom and I.  It took months of on-and-off work and in the end I don't know where it is haha.  But, good memories nonetheless.  So, using the same fabric I took to Youtube and followed a video on how to make a clutch.  I had just modified mine a bit.  For this look, I actually inserted my purse and used the straps.  Worked out pretty fine if you ask me :)  I can't wait to get more use out of it!

On another note, I've been really into layering tank tops this spring.  They keep you just warm enough for those not-so-kinda-chilly days.  I'm absolutely loving how the leather collar peaks out and adds more structure and frame.

I hope you all enjoyed this outfit and tell me in the comments what your favourite trend for this spring is!  I wouldn't want to miss out on anything!

Orange You Glad It's The Weekend?

SATURDAY BUZZ Hey everyone!  Today's post is kept quite simple and easy.  This is an outfit of the day that I wore yesterday (Saturday).  If you keep up with my blog, you'd have seen this sweater in this blogpost too, and the studded leggings here.  I'll be real, if there's a piece of clothing that I love to death, I will wear it 'till death haha.  I wear these almost every week.  If I could I'd wear it everyday, but I think people would start to notice by day 3.  I mean, this outfit isn't quite hard to miss.

Also, I really do not know what's up with my hair is the picture above.  Maybe it's the result of not brushing one's hair?

I hope you all enjoyed this look!  This just proves that you can still have your lazy/comfy days, and still be as obnoxious and bright as heck!  Yay for neon am I right.

But seriously, I don't know where I'd be without it.  *She types in an overly dramatic wayyyy*

City Excursion

EXPLORING THE CITY Last week, I went exploring downtown with my friend Sena and my younger sister.  Our orignal purpose was to find vintage stores and little boutiques that we'd never been to before.  Long story short, we went the opposite way.  Ya.  We didn't end up finding any stores we planned on haha, but we did have a blast finding really cool walls to take pictures at!  In the end it worked out and we had lots of fun.  We got Mc Flurries at Mc Donalds and a bunch of candy from Bulk Barn.  Well at least I did.  I hadn't done something like this in such a long time!  Just strolling around town and enjoying the relaxation and beauty of street art and the nice weather.  Usually I hang out at a mall and go shopping with friends, or see a movie, but this was just as fun if not more!  It was nice exploring my city and the weather was so great!  Can't wait to do it again with more friends!  It's definitely a great bonding experience and even though the orignal plan didn't work out, we still made the most of it and had a blast!  Or at least I did!!!

I sorted out most of the pictures below according to the places we visited and the different walls we took pictures at!  Hopefully this is inspiring!

Also, if you'd like more inspirational pictures check out this post!

Ps. Socks and Sandals for the win! See how I style them here and here.

Matchy Matchy

WAITING ON SUMMER  Hey everyone!  Today's post is a very quick one because didn't I have too much time to take pictures.  One of the reasons was because that day I was supposed to meet up with my friend Sena to go exploring downtown.  Well, as soon as I stepped outside in this outfit, I could already feel the sun beating down on me.  Luckily, I forgot something at home and had to go back anyways before meeting up with her.

It's weird, I almost forgot what warm weather feels like.  Not complaining!  I do love this outfit for days when I just need something to throw on and my creative juices aren't flowing.  It's easy and laid back.  I mean, tank top-jeans-flannel and you're good to go.

Also, if you read this and this blogpost than you would have heard about my obsession with socks and sandals.  S&S.  It's a thing.  If you have yet to try it out, please go do your self a favour!

I'm also sporting my cross body bag from Under1Sky which came with a backpack.  You can also see how I style it here and here.  This has become my go to purse.  It's strong, roomy and the perfect length.  I'm thinking of doing a blogpost or Youtube video showing you all what's in my purse.  Let me know what you think!

Ps. the title is "Matchy Matchy" because the wall matches my jacket, my top matches my jeans, and my purse matches my sandals.  Get it now? :)

Flannel: SML boutique (from Malaysia)
Tank: Brandy Melville

Weekly Round Up #2

Welcome back everyone for yet another Weekly Round Ups post!  This week we could definitely feel the change in weather and there were days were the sun was shinning so bright and I could finally remember what it was like to feel the warm weather on my skin.

The picture above is a quick #FromWhereIStand Outfit of the day.  I decided to go floral on floral.  Loved how it turned out! Top: Winners Pants: H&M Sandals:American Eagle Jacket: Nevada

I hope you all enjoy this post and I'll see you in my next one!

Click here to see my first Round Up post.

Vintage reads I picked up this book from the library because it's about a lady who loves to collect vintage clothing.  Here she talks about all the vintage clothing she's collected one by one and describes them, the owner, the price, and the year it was made.  It's really cool getting to know how people dressed back then and is very inspirational.  If you'd like to pick it up, it's called: The Costume Collector's Companion 1890-1990 by Rosemary Hawthorne.

Downtown art I also, did a little exploring with my friend downtown where there was so much lovely art every!  I had to take some pictures!  I also have an outfit post from this day that will be going up soon!

Furry friends I took a quick snapshot of this cutie!  Perfect timing because he was looking at my camera!  How cute. <3

Outfit of the day Here's another #FromWhereIStand  I was basing my outfit around my Demi Lovato Shirt which I already styled another way here.  I absolutely love my studded leggings from Forever21 and they go perfectly with this ensemble.  They're also perfect if you need to knee someone somewhere because those studs are really pointy!

Top: Demi concert Jacket: Nevada Necklace: H&M Leggings: Forever21 Sandals: American Eagle

Fashion designer reads  I also picked up this book when I went to the library.  I've been really enjoying reading it because each page talks about a designer that has influenced the fashion industry.  If you want to pick it up it's called: The 50 most influential fashion designers of all time by Bonnie English

It's very inspirational and I've really learned a lot and appreciate the designer's even more for what they have contributed and have discovered lots more.

Chanel 92200 Neuilly This whole week I've been solely winging my eyes with this silver eye liner pencil from Chanel.  I definitely blame this one on Coachella.  But I really enjoy it!  The silver really helps bring out my eyes.  It's so creamy, so pigment and so easy to work with.  I've had this bad boy for about 3 years now and it says it only lasts for up to 18 months.  Whoops.  But hey, it's Chanel.  I'm not just about to chuck it away.  I'm going to use it t'ill the last tip.

Instagram Lastly, I just want to thank you all for 1.3K followed on my Instagram!!! Thank you so much! <3
